Meditative Eating

We eat without thinking twice about what goes into our mouths.To appreciate food and to introduce students to a sense of wellness by slowing down,we asked students to bring healthy food in a stainless steel box.They were shown a video on the  "Zen" way of eating.This was followed by an introduction to our traditional way of eating which emphasises on being aware ,expressing gratitude for the food we eat and sharing it with other living creatures.
